As Manufacturing Engineer & Production Specialist you will provide technical knowledge and support to production lines, improving processes, procedures and identifying opportunities to reduce cost and improve quality.
As a Manufacturing Engineer & Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
· You are required to provide Technical Support and production supervision for manufacturing processes (machining) of Surface Pressure Control, Sub-Sea, Connection System and MS-seal products with utmost integrity, safety and quality.
· Create Standard Routing, CDR (Critical Dimension Record) and Work Orders. You will be closely work with programming & tooling team, Cell Leader, Quality Control team and Welding Engineer for correct processes flow as per BOM processes data and drawings.
· You will be a focal point of ITO (costing hours) and OTR (standard hours) related activities.
· Handles manufacturing processes readiness and guidelines for producing goods and/or human interfaces requiring with supporting on production supervising.
· Leads manufacturing processes improvement with cross functional teams.
· Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Bachelor’s degree in (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Material) Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
· Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
WORK IN A WAY THAT WORKS FOR YOU

· Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:45pm/4.30pm - 1.15am
· OT on Saturday/Sunday once in a month
