About The Role

Are you an experienced professional in Projects Management with hands-on managerial experience? Do you enjoy working closely with a diverse set of individuals? Are you ready to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously?

As a Manager, Special Projects you will be responsible to lead monitor and coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and supplier specialist to ensure efficient completion and delivery of projects are in line with business required timelines. Should have a strong background in management, budgeting, and analysis. An excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude. The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. This role has supervisory & budgetary responsibility.

About You

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree / diploma in a related field with a minimum of 5+ years as a Project Manager / Administrator. Proven track record of working as a client representative working with consultants, designers and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

You will have to demonstrate multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to this, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management. In this senior role, you will have the natural ability to effectively influence through knowledge, relationship management, and trust.
