To support our continued growth, we are seeking motivated Loan Officer Trainees to join our team in Arusha.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, recruit, and retain clients for both group loans and upcoming individual loan products.

·       Conduct loan assessments, appraisals, and ensure compliance with company lending policies.

·       Monitor loan performance, follow up with clients, and ensure timely repayment.

·       Provide financial guidance and support to clients, strengthening trust and long-term relationships.

·       Actively promote Dream Big Microfinance Limited within the community to expand outreach and visibility.

·       Organize and facilitate group meetings to explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy topics.

·       Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes.

·       Support the transition and rollout of new individual loan products by engaging potential clients and educating them on benefits.

·       Build strong networks with local leaders, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance client recruitment.

·       Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and

·       Contribute ideas and feedback to improve loan products, processes, and service delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Secondary (CSEE) to Diploma Level.

·       Must be a resident of Arusha, with strong familiarity with the city and its surroundings.

·       Age 25 to 40.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
