Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented!
In this role you will be responsible to develop Vertical Market for Water & Waste Water (WWW) in Digital Industries Process Automation and actively support in increasing SIEMENS Digital Industries Portfolio share of wallet in the region Middle East. Additionally, the position should be driving Digitalization in Water Sector through consultative sales approach, supporting the industrial customers in water sector. This is a regional role and reports to Digital Industries - Process Automation Business Unit EVP.
Other main responsibilities are:
· Development opportunities from WWW end-customer across Middle East region.
· Identification the WWW End-Customer Potential and maintain the same in the CRM tool (Si-Sales) to increase market transparency
· Close coordination with Vertical Sub-Segment (WWW) to identify respective local & international business potentials in regional market. Keep the CRM tool regularly updated and creation of Sales funnel reports for monthly reviews from CRM tool.
· Lead and Drive Digitalization concept in the region with WWW end-customers
· Utilize ADP (Account Development Plan) Tool in CRM to identify necessary development steps and document activities and share with Business Units.
· Active participation in Vertical Sales (WWW) Annual Budget Bottom-Up Planning with in-hands info on customer CAPEX/OPEX
· Supports Channel Partner Sales in defining the Go-2-Market Strategy for the key WWW End-Customer as well as generate opportunities (leads)

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
· Expected to have min. 7-10 years’ experience in the process automation pertaining to water and waste water sector,
· Understand relevant industrial NORMS, Customer Ecosystem, KPIs and implementable innovative ideas to improve these KPIs.
· This position requires strong sales and business development background in water sector having experience in working multi-national environment.
· Advance knowledge on international business NORMS, Commercial Contracts T&C, Export Control, Cross-Country TAX requirements,
· Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage.
